A typical manual wiring step – cut wires to length, strip the insulation, crimp with the wire end ferrule, run through the cable ducts, and connect to the terminal, contactor, circuit-breaker, etc. – takes on average 180 seconds. The Averex wiring centre does the same job in such 40 seconds. And that extremely reliably thanks to laser sensors.
The technical highlight is the patented machine head which can be rotated by 360 degrees and incorporates cable routing, cutting, stripping, crimping and torque-controlled screwing units.
The control software with routing module features an intuitive graphics-based operator interface and is particularly simple to use.
The system can be integrated conveniently with electronic wiring lists and CAD layout tools.
