Alongside our own production, we offer customers a broad spectrum of contract manufacturing services at our works in Wiernsheim.
Contract welding and straightening
- We possess a dedicated welding shop and are specialised on welding work in connection with the manufacturing of
frames and racks.
- Maximum workpiece size:
Length 7,000 mm, width 2,000 mm,
height 2,500 mm
– larger workpieces by request.
- Maximum workpiece weight: 3,200 kg.
- Welding technology: MAG.
- The following materials can be welded:
St 37, St 50, St 60 – others by request.
Mechanical machining
- CNC and conventional turning and milling
- CNC flat, cylindrical and profile grinding
Painting, including preparation
- Painting technology: Wet painting
- 2 painting cabins for dimensions
up to length 7,000 mm, width 2,000 mm,
height 2,300 mm.
- Maximum workpiece weight: 3,200 kg.
- Larger workpieces by request.
Assembly
It is naturally possible to have your components or complete machines assembled by our qualified employees. We are glad to take on work of all scopes – from simple module assembly through to complex CNC installations and machine commissioning.
Design
- In our capacity as contract manufacturer, we act as a service provider and work according to drawings and specifications received from our customer.
- As machine manufacturers, we naturally also have a full 3D CAD system and experienced design engineers at our disposal.
